Hosting your agency resells, managed by us.

Plenty of agencies host client sites because the client expects it, not because they want to be a hosting company. The margin is welcome; the 2am responsibility is not.

The arrangement

The margin without the pager.

Agencies end up hosting almost by accident. A client asks who will host it, nobody wants to hand them to a commodity provider, and so the agency buys a reseller account. It works until something breaks on a Friday and there is nobody to escalate to who understands the site rather than just the server.

White label hosting through us means the infrastructure is managed properly — provisioning, patching, backups that get verified, monitoring that alerts somebody who can act — while the client relationship, the branding and the billing stay entirely yours.

The part that distinguishes it from a reseller account is who answers. When the problem turns out to be a plugin conflict rather than the server, that is still us. There is nobody to hand it back to.

What you get

What sits behind your brand.

Fully managed servers

UK-based, provisioned and sized to the sites rather than sold as a tier. OS and platform patching in scheduled windows.

Backups that are checked

Daily, off-site, 14-day retention as standard. The platform confirms the job ran, and restores are exercised rather than assumed.

Monitoring that reaches us

Real pages checked, not just the home page, and alerts going to people who can act rather than to your inbox at 2am.

Site isolation

Each client site with its own user and processes, so one compromised site cannot reach another on your account.

Nothing branded by us

Your clients see your agency. We do not contact them, and nothing in the stack carries our name.

A developer on the other end

When it turns out not to be the server, the same people fix the site. That is the whole point.

Straight answers

Being straight about it.

Support hours are working hours

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. We are not a 24/7 operation and pretending otherwise would only matter on the night it was not true.

A target, not a guarantee

Our uptime figure is a 99% target excluding planned maintenance, not a contractual guarantee with credits attached.

Nothing is locked to you or us

Client sites, domains and data stay portable. We can also provision into your own cloud account so the infrastructure is yours.

Questions

What agencies ask about reselling hosting.

Do our clients ever see your name?
No. Nothing in the stack, the reports or the correspondence carries ours. If a client needs a technical answer we will provide it through you, or join a call as part of your team.
How does billing work?
We bill you, you bill your clients at whatever you choose. The margin and the pricing are yours to set.
What happens if a client leaves us?
Their site and data go with them, and we will help with the handover rather than make it awkward. Holding client sites hostage is a bad way to keep an agency relationship.
Can we move existing client sites across?
Yes. Migrations run onto a staging environment and are tested before DNS changes, so the switch is short and reversible. Any remedial work an inherited site needs is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly.
Next step

Tell us how many sites and what they run on.

We will tell you what moving them involves and what the arrangement would look like — including when your current setup is fine and does not need changing.
